Moringa - Rooted leaders flourishing people thriving world

Andy’s passion is to help emerging leaders to establish healthy leadership habits so that they can lead well over their lifetime. Much of Andy’s leadership experience has been based outside of the UK, including leading a school and setting up an organisation working with children living on the streets in India. His role as International Director of a global charity involved establishing 9 new country bases, having previously established a multi-location operation in India.
Andy has written two books and has extensive leadership experience at both Governance and Executive level. Some of his most rewarding work has come from investing in leaders of all levels through the creation of leadership development programmes, which he has organised and delivered over a 30-year period.
Based in Kent, he is married with three grown-up children and five grandchildren and enjoys sport and reading.

Ruth loves to encourage and equip leaders to make their unique contribution to the world, helping them grow in self-awareness and confidence, as well as enabling them to lead from a place of holistic well-being. Having started her working life as a teacher and youth work manager, she then led for many years in the charity sector, including leading a non-governmental organisation in Uganda, improving life opportunities for vulnerable girls and women living in slums, and several years in a global charity. Here she mentored and supported country leaders and oversaw a global leadership development programme. Based in West Wales, Ruth is growing her fluency in the Welsh language and loves to make the most of the beautiful coastline and countryside on walks and bike rides with her husband, daughter and dog.
