Mindgap was founded by Dave Hider after years of him seeing people, teams, organisations and communities struggle to unlock their potential because of 'gaps' in their thinking. These gaps typically prevent the development of personal or leadership potential, achieving team and business change and the transformation of culture and people engagement.
But who we are is as important as what we do at Mindgap! We are committed to modelling a different kind of business that is established on our four unshakable pillars of:
Transparency: We will always be open and honest with you as to whether we are the best people to deliver what you need. We will never commit to doing anything we are not excellent at. Where we are the right people, we will be totally committed to fair and transparent pricing and review of the success of a piece of work.
Authenticity: We will always do what we say we will do - plus you will typically get a lot more! There is nothing that excites us more than delivering a stunning return on investment for our customers! If you ever feel you have not got what we have promised you, we will always discuss this with you and rectify things immediately.
Sustainability: Mindgap is well on the way to being carbon neutral by the end of 2022. We have taken two primary approaches to get there: (1) Partially offset our (current) carbon footprint year on year. Each year we reduce our carbon footprint by 2 tonnes by planting trees with Carbon footprint and (2) Continue to work on a further range of ways to be even kinder to the planet i.e travelling as little as possible, maintaining our 'paperless' approach, reducing our electronic usage and much more.
Generosity:We continue to reinvest a significant percentage of Mindgap's capacity (time and cash) into organisations and communities we love and that need it most. As a result we currently invest more than 20% of our time and profit in supporting two Charities in the UK and Indiathat we helped established years ago. We will keep updating you on these charitable investments via our social media channels.
Like what you see? Please take your time to consider what we do and who we are and see if we might fit! This 'fit' is critical to us!
