Dave Hider developed the concept of 'Mindgap' after years of seeing people, teams & organisations struggle to unlock their potential because of gaps in their thinking or self limiting beliefs that restricted the desired change.
To see potential unlocked Mindgap uses a range of tools and approaches: accredited training for people & teams and individual/group coaching. We also facilitate a range of 'strategy summits' for businesses where we use a range of high level 'strategic frameworks' to analyse, understand and unlock potential in businesses and communities.
Mindgap was established to be a different kind of business so we have ensured that one of our founding principles is to reinvest any profit made (time or cash) back into people and communities that need it, but can't afford it! As a result, Mindgap is currently investing in working with Charities & Partners in the UK and India and spending time helping individuals too.
