Welcome to the Tunbridge Wells leadership development programme. We are glad you can be a part of this group.
This LMS is hosted by Mind gap who are one of Moringa’s partners which is why their branding can be seen alongside ours.
This programme is made up of 5 days which will all be hosted by Sarah at the ‘Life & Soul’ office on the corner of Christchurch in T Wells. Please arrive in time to begin at 09:30am on each day we meet, and he will finish up by 16:30.
The group is made up of leaders within the Christian church and charity sector in the local area and we hope in addition to the training, the sessions provide you with an opportunity to make new relationships and grow existing ones.
As those involved have considerable leadership experience, the course will be facilitated in a manner that allows for plenty of reflection and discussion around the topics covered so that it is applicable to your specific contexts.
In order the make this a learning environment we encourage everyone to be open and vulnerable with those present so that we are able to grapple with real issues and challenges. My role as a facilitator will be to create the safety and trust in order for this to happen.
There will some tasks we ask you to undertake between sessions and these will be mentioned in under each day before.
