We’ve seen this happen time and time again in individuals, teams and organisations.

All the Mind-Gap team are qualified and registered practitioners with Thomas International and so are trained to deliver the following Thomas Psychometric tests:

Personal Profile Analysis (PPA): Initially developed by William Marston in the late ’50’s, this work-related test is useful in self-awareness, recruitment and relationship improvement.

In just 8 minutes, this test provides an accurate insight into how people behave at work, answering questions such as: What are their strengths and limitations? How do they communicate? Are they self-starters? What motivates them? The PPA will provide you with:

  • insight into the behavioural preference of an individual
  • awareness of personal work strengths and limitations and their potential impact on others
  • understanding of how to recognise behavioural styles
  • ‘Behavioural Agility’ – through self-awareness and an understanding of the behaviours of others, the PPA can empower people to modify their behaviours to achieve optimal working relationships
  • insight into the benefits of using a job profile; interpreting the demands of a job to help consider the efficiency and comfort each PPA would find in the role

Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue): A insightful test to look at much deeper aspects of Emotional Intelligence.

The TEIQue tells you how well people understand and manage their emotions, how well they interpret and deal with the emotions of others and how they use this knowledge to manage relationships. The TEIQue assessment will provide you with:

  • insight into the foundations of attitudes and behaviours
  • details around how Emotional Intelligence is rated higher as an indicator of success than other academic intelligences
  • a deeper analysis of an individual’s personality, beliefs, values and attitudes that can help to unlock the potential of your workforce

360 Degree Feedback: A comprehensive test that gives great feedback from your manager, peers and team, all automated via the Thomas hub.

Our 360 process quickly and easily enables people to gather feedback from their managers, colleagues, team members and customers and then compare this feedback with their own perception of their performance.

All our Psychometric tests and debriefs work seamlessly in the online space too so, if you are based internationally, we can deliver! Just in one 2 week period recently, we have debriefed on Psychometrics with managers in Italy, Spain, Chile, Morocco, France, Germany, Japan, Portugal and the US – as well as all parts of the UK!

All assessments include a full personal report which is interpreted via a 30-45 minute debrief session from a Thomas International team member from Mind-Gap.
