We deliver high-energy/engaging Leadership, Coaching and Team training solutions locally (face to face) and internationally (online and face to face). 

In our first 2 years as a business, we have facilitated Leadership training face-to-face in the US, India, Saudi Arabia, Portugal and then online with businesses in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Denmark and Japan – as well as, of course, numerous locations up and down the UK.

Our primary offer of training sits both in the ‘soft‘ skill areas of Leadership (Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Influence, Conflict etc) and ‘hard‘ skills areas (such as Project Management, Strategic Planning and Change Management etc).

The breadth of Mind-Gap’s training offer is developing all the time so we cannot list here all that we do. That said, in simple terms, our current core training offer is principally fourfold:


Location wise, all of our training can be delivered:-

  • On-site at your business
  • At a training location that we can source for you (hotel or other hired)
  • Online – via a ‘live’ or blended learning approach (mix of videos and live)
