HHP: Management Development Programme

This course is for managers at HHP. It will equip you in the basic skills of management in your day-to-day work – and at home too!.

The course is run over 4 sessions, typically on month or so apart. This gives you time to digest the learning and apply it in the in between times.  The stimulating practical and theory-based learning will enable you to work more efficiently and effectively in your workplace. There is plenty of time for self and team reflection.

• 4 days of in-depth, highly engaging face-to-face training/workshops plus peer support from your group.
• Access to Mind-Gap’s own online learning platform where you can access all you need for the course including a range of videos, handouts, psychometric tests and other resources relating to the 4 topics you will study.
