At Mind-Gap, we believe that leadership means taking responsibility, not just for people, but for the planet too. In the face of a growing climate emergency, we’re committed to doing our part.
Our vision is to become carbon neutral by the end of 2026, and we’ve already begun taking intentional steps toward that goal.
We started by estimating our current annual carbon footprint, which is approximately 3 tonnes. To take immediate action, we’ve committed to offsetting more than our estimated usage, currently offsetting 0.33 tonnes every month.
We do this by supporting Gold Standard-verified carbon reduction projects through the charity Carbon Footprint. These initiatives are proven to reduce emissions and contribute to global sustainability efforts.
Beyond offsetting, we are actively reducing our footprint through small but meaningful shifts in how we work:
Travel Minimisation: Over 60% of our face-to-face work is conducted within a 60-minute radius of our base, helping us reduce travel-related emissions.
Paperless Approach: We’ve embraced digital tools for handouts, reports, and resources, staying as paper-free as possible.
Recycled & Recyclable: We use recycled materials wherever we can and recycle everything we’re able to.
Energy Awareness: We continuously seek ways to reduce our energy use across our operations.
We’re not perfect, but we’re committed. Each year, we aim to do more: improve our practices, reduce waste, and deepen our impact.
Because sustainability isn’t a box to tick, it’s a value to live by.
