Dave has a range of qualifications including an MBA in Leadership & Management (Distinction), ILM Level 5s in Leadership & Coaching & Mentoring and holds a range of Assessor, Internal Verification qualifications & Teacher Training quals (at Level 4). Dave is also a Transactional Analysis practitioner (TA101),
Dave’s real passion is seeing people’s potential unlocked, whether that is in a personal capacity (Coaching), group capacity (Teams), organisational capacity (Businesses) or geographical capacity (Communities).
Esme heads up the Finance, Administration and Social Media functions of the business. She is also leading on developing our online offer of resources. She moves between the UK and India (somewhere she is passionate about) from where she does all Mind-Gap admin and finance work.

Sam has a degree in Management Sciences from Loughborough University, an enhanced diploma in Professional Studies and completed an Advanced Business Leadership Course with Cranfield University Business School as well as numerous coaching, counselling and supervising qualifications.
Sam has a passion for helping people and organisations reach their full potential. He does this in his professional life but also in his personal life where he is a trustee of Close House and a junior football coach at Westfields Football Club.
