Our Sessions

Welcome to the Coaching Community:

We are a collection of Coaching practitioners working together to help each other build our businesses and Coach better. This group has always been collaborative, open and non-egotistical in all it does. We want it to stay that way!

In the early days of this group, we agreed the makeup of this group would be made up of

Coaching qualification Level 5 minimum
All to share resources openly and with trust that these resources will not be abused
People that choose to run the group for free collaboratively – with everyone playing their part
Key characteristics we want in members
- Helpers
- People of heart/profession/calling more than Business – Although we need that too
- People where purpose matters
- Transformation is the search in all that we do

Membership:

The Coaching Community is not directly linked to the ILM Level 5 Effective Coaching and Mentoring course run by Mind-Gap but is mainly made up of graduates from it. There are a few other Level 5 Coaches that we have welcomed to join too. The community currently has about 15 members and has been set up by Mind-Gap as a way of providing ongoing support to qualified Coaches. It has a range of focusses, but it has especially been useful for people who want to set up a Coaching practice (for advice and support). We focus on a range of other too – see below.

Logistics:

Here is how the group works in terms of communications:

Mind-Gap’s Learning Management System – We use this Mind-Gap LMS to host all content about the group. You will also find past sessions recorded on here.
Meeting online every other month – The link for these ZOOM meetings is below. The online sessions are no more than 1.5hrs and tends to be one of the groups leading with some input (what they know about x and y) and then we open things up for discussion. We have also had external speakers speaking on a range of other (Coaching related) topics. Sometimes there is chance for some advanced Coaching practice too. (*You won’t be sent dates of the meetings but if you can look at the dates below and add them to your diary, that will be great. Note the ZOOM link below).
WhatsApp regular comms – We use this a lot! If you are not inn the group, we’ll add you soon. Once you are in you can join any of the subgroups you like. These include:
- Business Builder: For people growing a Coaching business
- AI & Coaching. For those wanting to know more about how to engage with AI through Coaching
- • Resources group: To share new resources/research we have found
- •Coaching and social media: Ideas around what and how to do social media
- • Coaching conundrums: To discuss dilemmas people are facing in their Coaching practice etc
- • General chat: For just that!
