Early Careers Training

This course is mainly for young people and graduates who are starting working in their career for the first time.  It is a course to help you learn how organisations work and how people work too!

The course is normally run over four sessions over 4 months.

The stimulating practical and theory-based content will enable you to work more efficiently and effectively in your workplace. There is plenty of time for self and team reflection.

• Four days of in-depth, highly engaging face-to-face training/workshops plus peer support from your group.
• Access to Mind-Gap’s own online learning platform where you can access all you need for the course including a range of videos, handouts, psychometric tests and other resources relating to the four topics you will study.
