Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 Award in Effective Coaching & Mentoring

This Institute Of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualification is a Level 3 (undergraduate level) qualification. It is designed for jumior managers and organisational coaches.  You do not need to have previous experience, training or qualifications in leadership and management or in HR related disciplines.

This 12 month long programme will develop your capability to act as a management coach and mentor.  The stimulating practical and theory-based work will enable you to work with any client to support their career development and enhance their skills.

Course features

• 4 days of in-depth, highly engaging face to face training/workshops and peer support.
• 3 x Coaching ‘Triads’ where small groups meet to practice/improve Coaching practice.
• 22 online videos with handouts etc on this online learning platform.
• 12 month Personal Tutor/Coaching support: guidance, feedback on draft assignments and coaching supervisions.
• 1-to-1 advice from our expert tutors who have trained/Coached people from a range of sectors across the world!
• Online learning (videos), handbooks, workbooks and a range of stunning coaching resources.
• Free 6 months membership with ILM.
• On successful achievement, an internationally recognised and respected ILM Level 3 Award.
