Karin has worked in a range of sectors over the last 20 years; leading social and charitable businesses.
Karin’s core skills/strengths are Leadership Development, Strategic planning and Executive Coaching. Karin has a degree in Social Work from Plymouth University, as well as an ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring. She has also completed numerous coaching, counselling and supervising qualifications.
Karin has led and overseen teams in a global third sector organisation. Karin travels extensively to support teams of leaders in other countries as well as here in the UK.
This Institute Of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualification is a Level 5 (undergraduate level) qualification. It is designed for mid-level managers and organisational coaches. You should have some experience, training or qualifications in leadership and management or in HR related disciplines.
