Institute of Leadership and Management Level 4 Certificate (8605)

This Institute Of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualification is a Level 4  qualification; the equivalent to the first year of a degree. It is designed for middle-senior level managers.

The course is normally run over a 6 month period and the stimulating practical and theory-based work will enable you to work more efficiently and effectively in your workplace. There is plenty of time for self and team reflection.

Course features

• 6 days of in-depth, highly engaging face-to-face training/workshops plus peer support from your group.
• Access to Mind-Gap’s own online learning platform where you can access the handbooks/workbooks/paperwork you need for the course and also a range of videos, handouts, psychometric tests and other resources relating to the 6 topics you will study
• Video guidance on completing the three assignments you will need to complete
• Personal Tutor support: guidance, feedback on draft assignments and tutorials plus videos to guide you too
• Free 6 months membership with ILM
• On attendance at the training, successful achievement of three assignments and a presentation, you will gain an internationally recognised and respected ILM Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management
