This course is for middle to senior Leaders who are normally Leading teams and/or departments in a business.
This 6 session course is normally run over 6 months (1 day a month). The gaps between the days gives delegates time to reflect on the day and put some of the principles we discuss into practice.
The stimulating practical and theory-based sessions will enable you to work more efficiently and effectively in your workplace. There is plenty of time for self and team reflection.
