Step Up Into Management

This course is our ‘starter course’ in getting to know people – at work or in other contexts.

The course is normally run over 4 weeks. The stimulating practical and theory-based work will enable you to work more efficiently and effectively in your workplace. There is plenty of time for self and team reflection.

• 4 days of in-depth, highly engaging face-to-face training/workshops plus peer support from your group.
• Access to Mind-Gap’s own online learning platform where you can access all you need for the course including a range of videos, handouts, psychometric tests and other resources relating to the 4 topics you will study.
