Understanding People at Work

This course is a ‘starter course’ in getting to know people – at work or in other contexts.

The course is normally run over four sessions over 4 months.

The stimulating practical and theory-based content will enable you to work more efficiently and effectively in your workplace. There is plenty of time for self and team reflection.

• Access to Mind-Gap’s own online learning platform where you can access all you need for the course including a range of videos, handouts, psychometric tests and other resources relating to the four topics you will study.
