360-Degree Feedback

Supporting Your Colleagues Through 360 Degree Feedback

At Mind-Gap, we help organisations use 360-degree feedback to support leadership development, improve self-awareness, and encourage meaningful professional growth. Our approach is practical, supportive, and development-focused, giving individuals clear insight into how they are perceived by colleagues, managers, direct reports, and stakeholders. How Can You Help? Could we ask you to take a few minutes to complete this 360-degree feedback survey for the person we have emailed you about? Your assessment will contribute significantly to their self-awareness, growth, and development. The survey covers various aspects including leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Completing the Survey

We will email you a copy of our 360-degree form shortly. In simple terms:

  • Click on the tab that relates to your role: Manager, Peer, or Team Member
  • Review the competencies and score from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest)
  • If you have not observed a competency, score 0 and it will be excluded from the summary

Confidentiality: All responses are strictly confidential, with the exception of the Manager score as there is only one. Your feedback will be summarised alongside others and fully anonymised. It is used solely for the developmental purposes of the individual.
