The access to resources, information, organisation and support for the ILM Level 5 in Effective Coaching and Mentoring has been outstanding and Dave’s approach to everything is spot on. It’s been a fun and superb learning journey so far!

Well, where should I start from? It has been less then a year and we achieved so much thanks to Dave's and Mind-Gap's support. I highly recommend Dave and the team at Mind-Gap. Dave has extensive knowledge, skills, and experience in training, coaching and mentoring. I find him to be incredibly motivating and supportive, and he challenges you to get the best of out you. The support for the cohort is above and beyond what I expected from a training provider. Materials are comprehensive and accompanied by a vast range of other supporting materials, and there's always more if you want it! High quality training and coaching.

I first met the Mind-Gap principal Dave Hider & his team in Feb’23. During our management get together, Dave led us seamlessly through the leadership & development cohorts. (Practical & psychometric processes). This training enabled us to better engage as one team. The 2 days training & subsequent follow-on / break-outs were a complete revelation how team dynamics can work positively. The final objectives were to make sure high performing teams work together & keep performing, (long after the courses are concluded). Well worth the investment in my opinion.

Each team member completed a PPA and Dave kindly spent one to one time with each of us talking through our results and what they said about us as individuals. Did we agree? Well they were pretty darn close! We then got together as a team to share the results (individual and a group report) to look at how this would develop, encourage and mould the team going forward. The morning was a great success, bringing the team together and we hope to have a follow up team meeting again soon. 🤜🤛

Mind-Gap came as a recommendation to me after a conversation with a friend who had used their services before and I’m thankful for that.
