Using your 360 Feedback

Understanding Your 360 Feedback Results

Welcome. You’ve just received your 360 feedback results, a powerful mirror reflecting how others experience your leadership. This is a moment for insight, growth, and action.

Whether the results feel affirming, surprising, or challenging, this page is here to help you make sense of what you’ve learned and decide what to do next.

What do your results show you?

Your 360 feedback is a multi-perspective snapshot of your leadership behaviours, strengths, and development areas. It’s not a verdict, it’s a conversation starter.

You’ll see:

  • Self vs. Others: How your self-perception compares to how others see you.
  • Themes: Patterns across different groups (peers, direct reports, managers).
  • Strengths: What people consistently value in your leadership.
  • Blind Spots: Areas where your impact may differ from your intent.
  • Development Priorities: Where focused effort could make the biggest difference.
How to Use Your Results

This isn’t just about reflection, it’s about action. Here’s some suggestions as to how to move forward:

1. Pause and Reflect

Take time to absorb the feedback. What resonates? What surprises you? What feels uncomfortable, and why? What has the 360-feedback triggered in you? Review the video below

2. Look for Patterns

In your feedback you will have both quantitative feedback (numbers)and qualitative feedback (narrative) too. Don’t get stuck on one comment or score. Look for consistent themes across groups and questions.

3. Choose One or Two Focus Areas

You don’t need to fix everything. Pick one or two areas that matter most, to you, your team, and your organisation. Maybe validate these areas with your manager?

4. Talk It Through

Discuss your results with a mentor, or trusted colleague. Insight grows in conversation. What about booking a Coaching session with us?

5. Make a Plan

Set clear intentions. What will you do differently? What support do you need? How will you track progress? You’ll see on the 360 document we sent you, there is blank plan template on tab 3.
